One way socialists get into power is to promise the masses all sorts of things, mostly they promise them hope, prosperity, employment, higher standard of living, and change. Unfortunately, once they get into power the people begin to see that those were all hollow promises. To stay in power the socialist leader attempts to deliver on his promise, generally by commandeering (aka stealing) or taxing wealth from one group and then spreading it around to the masses to keep them happy.
The Socialist leader actually has an advantage in a democracy because the human mobs which elect him vote in mass for free stuff, and since the have-nots always outweigh the haves, these humans are more than happy to have the trappings of the haves without having to work for it. Thus, all the socialist leader has to do is tax or steal from the rich, and re-distribute it to the poor. Margaret Thatcher has a famous quote on this concept, perhaps you’ve heard it;
“Socialism works great until you run out of other people’s money to spend”
Now then, here is another point you may not have considered and that is that any leader who’d steal from one group to give to another is less than ethical, and therefore probably power hungry as well. Indeed it is very hard to get rid of them once they get into office or into high position. Further, they will do whatever it takes to work the crowd and the mobs into hysteria so they can continue their ways. Luckily, in the United States we have term limits for our presidents, but not all nations are so lucky.
Yes, most nations do have term limits, but as soon as the socialist leader gets into power, they try to change the rules so they can stay in power and never leave. This is a huge problem. Okay so let me explain the purpose of this article, because there are things I’ve been witnessing in the present period that are quite alarming, especially for anyone who studies their history. There is quite a bit of turmoil going on in the Middle East, Africa, Central America, and South America right now with socialist leaders.
I’d like to put out some warning to the humans of the world. Beware any socialist dictator with no heirs, who wishes to milk their time in power by promising more gifts to the masses. Because at some point they will sack the wealth of the country, and leave it in utter despair, worse, they don’t care because they have no heirs to pass it on to.
Indeed, I hope you will please consider this, and I’m not going to mention any nations by name, or any socialist dictators, or dictators pretending to be presidents in South America, the Middle East, Africa, or Asia. I just hope you will please consider all this and act appropriately.
